barakel ASIA-PACIFIC Foundation, Inc. formed in Philippines to head up new ministries in Philippines, Thailand, Cambodia, and China. Francisco (Frank) Billones will head up barakel Asia Pacific as President and will serve on their Board of Directors.  Frank owns several companies in the Philippines and is a well known and respected licensed and bonded  importer and dedicated Christian.  Mr. Billones is also developing a limestone mining project and beginning development on a substantial oil and gas project with Basic Energy Corporation, USA.  Basic will head up all development operations for both projects.  Ken Krantz, his wife Jan, Frank Billones, and Eric Rivera incorporators of Barakel Asia-Pacific signing documents for new non-stock Philippine corporation.  Barakel Asia Pacific Foundation, Inc. was approved and chartered in early 2001. Barakel president Frank Billones (left) and Denmark Suede, a commercial pilot and RN nurse serving barakel.   Construction is expected to start shortly on a 2,000 sq. ft. addition to existing bonded warehousing facility in Manila.  Barakel will import and partially assemble the Zenith CH 801 aircraft in the facility prior to shipment to Clark Air Base.  The facility will also be used to store imported medical equipment and medicines which will be distributed in the Philippines and other Asia countries.
